Consumption, pay-as-you-go, and subscription based revenue models are more prolific than ever in business offerings. Making these Software as a Service (SaaS) business models profitable requires a different approach than has been used in the past. A new approach is necessary called Customer Success.

The Customer Success book by Nick Mehta, Dan Steinman, and Lincoln Murphy is very good and delivers additional perspectives and insights into Customer Success.
